Some examples of recent projects..

SWIMMING POOL HOUSE

This property had an existing swimming pool that the client wanted to make more use of. The extension was completed under Class E permitted development. We completed a Construction pack for the client with a complicated foundation design and specification due to the nature of the works.

TWO-STOREY SIDE EXTENSION

This property had the potential and space to extend to the side of the property. The design was to incorporate the features of the existing facade. We completed a full planning application pack to submit for planning and once this was approved, a construction pack for Building regulations submission.

ROOF CONVERSION

This property already had a room in the loft, but the client wanted to extend the ground floor and extend the existing roof over the new extension. Most of the works were completed under permitted development, but a planning application was also submitted to change the roof material and further alterations to the front elevation.

GARAGE CONVERSION

Garage conversions are becoming increasing popular due to the value of habitable space within the property and the fact that many modern cars no longer fit in them! Most garage conversions can be completed under permitted development, but the works still require building regulation approval. We completed a full building regulations pack for the client and submitted them for plans approval before construction.
